A majority of reported issues are actually problems with the computer, cables, or power so before contacting support for troubleshooting please try these general steps to confirm an issue is actually with the display:

  • Try another computer as the source
  • Confirm the cables and power supply are seated tightly into the connectors
  • Try a different compatible power supply
  • Try different cables that meet the specifications of the display

InTouch Series

Before reporting a ticket check:

  • inTouch 101 - 156, check mini HMDI or USB-C connectors and cables as well as power cable.
  • inTouch156 flickers on and off, try using an external power supply.
  • inTouch215 - 270, check HMDI or USB-C connectors and cables as well as power supply.
  • USB C 3.0 Gen 2 video cable and computer port support is required for a 1 USB-C video and touch cable solution.

Before reporting a ticket check:

  • Monitor was turned off via the OSD (push and hold OSD button for 5 seconds to turn the display back on)
  • Chromebox micro solution, check the side USB-C cable connection and power button LED on Chromebox micro is lit.

Before reporting a ticket check:

  • If the display is showing a solid blue color then it does not understand or receive a video signal. Check cables, resolution and windows zoom level.
  • If the display is black then power cycle the display, it should show a "INSTORESCREEN" logo on startup.

  • If the display is black then power cycle the display, it should show a "INSTORESCREEN" logo on startup.

Before reporting a ticket check:

  • Confirm the cables and power supply are seated tightly into the connectors.
  • OSD buttons on the bottom left (from the front), there is a power button on far left that could have turned off the monitor by mistake.
  • If the display is black then power cycle the display, it should show a "INSTORESCREEN" logo on startup.
